Our Qigong Meditation class offers prescriptive activities to deepen Buddhist practice.

Qigong is a centuries-old system of coordinated body posture, movement, breathing and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality and martial-arts training. Qigong includes gentle movements that can be practiced standing up, seated or even in supine positions. People of all ages and physical ability are invited to join the class.

Join us every Thursday night for Dharma Talk and every fourth Sunday for Buddhism in Film.
