## Frequently Asked Questions
### How do I sync my data across devices?
Your learning progress is automatically synced to the cloud when you're signed in with Google or Apple. Simply sign in with the same account on your new device.
### How do I reset my password?
Shima Bird uses Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In. Please reset your password through your Google or Apple account settings.
### How do I cancel my subscription?
- **iOS:** Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Shima Bird → Cancel
- **Android:** Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Shima Bird → Cancel
### How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data.
### I lost my learning progress. What should I do?
Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used before. If you were using a guest account and deleted the app, your data cannot be recovered. We recommend linking your account to Google or Apple to prevent data loss.
