To request deletion of your ShimaBirb account and all associated data,
please send an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- Email address associated with your account
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email
when your data has been deleted.
What data will be deleted:
- Your account information
- All learning progress and statistics
- Custom cards and decks
- Subscription data (subscription will be cancelled)
