Swimming Head Coaches

Mackenzie Caron

Mackenzie is a recent graduate of Governor Mifflin High School.  She has been competing in swimming for 11 years.  At the high school level, she was the Central Penn League Champion in 100 Breast and District III qualifier and medalist.  At the club level, she qualified for Junior Olympics, Senior Championships, and Eastern Zone Championships.  She also participates at the high school and club level in women's water polo.   She brings a lot of competitive experience, and we  are so happy to have her join the Shillington staff!

Kaylee Cipolla

Kaylee Cipolla is a recent graduate of GM. I have been swimming for 8 years and I am a sprint/distance freestyler and I also play water polo! In my 2 season as a high school swimmer I have made it to districts twice and states once! I am so excited to coach this summer and teach younger kids to love the sport as much as I do!

Adrienne Miller

I am a former Governor Mifflin Varsity Diver and have loved the sport since I was eight years old. For the past three years, I have coached GM age-group diving. I love teaching kids new dives and getting them excited about the sport. Currently, I am employed as a Physician Assistant in the Reading Hospital Emergency Department and Tower Health Urgent Care centers. I'm looking forward to a great season with your talented kiddos!

Charlie Crowell

Hello, my name is Charlie Crowell and I am excited to be assisting Adrienne Miller as the Shillington Streaks Diving Coach.

I have over forty years of experience as a head and assistant coach in many different sports, coaching boys and girls, men and women, from age 6 to 60.

My dive coach experience is eleven years at the High School level, first with Twin Valley for eight seasons. This winter I will be returning for my third year to Exeter Township High School for the 21/22 Season.

I coached Summer Age Group Diving at the Twin Valley Pool for seven summers.

I assisted your coach, Adrienne Miller this past Spring with a four week dive clinic at Governor Mifflin Intermediate School.

I am really looking forward to being your coach and having a great season.
