This link will take you to the clinic portal login page. Please note! Credentials to log in are provided by PAW Mobile. These will be provided to you with your welcome email after you have contacted PAW Mobile. Please store this information in an accessible place so that you can use the portal when needing to schedule an appointment.
After you book an appointment, you may add 2 additional appointments in the same time slot by adding the patient to the portal (scroll all the way down to find the add patient button). Then just send me a text that you want to add these patients to the existing reserved slot. Please include the patient's name and the procedure requested in that text. I cannot accommodate more than 3 cases per slot as I will not be able to get to my next stop in a timely fashion. Please schedule through the portal by requesting an appointment at the next available time when I am in your area.
