Dr. Rova is a distinguished scholar, educator, and mentor who has contributed significantly to the academic landscape through his work in research, teaching, and academic development. With years of experience in higher education and a commitment to fostering innovation in learning, he now leads SIOE's academic outreach and collaboration efforts in France.

Role and Responsibilities at SIOE
As Global Campus Director – France Chapter, Prof. Dr. Rova will:

• Promote Sherwan's peer-reviewed journals across France and Francophone regions.

• Facilitate research paper submissions by scholars and students to Sherwan’s indexed journals.

• Support and coordinate the 3-month Certification in Research Methods and 1-year Postdoctoral Certification programs.

• Mentor scholars and researchers under the Sherwan platform.

• Act as a liaison between SIOE and academic institutions in France for research collaboration and academic partnerships.
