Personal and Professional Skills

What is PPS?

PPS, or Personal Professional Skills, is a program within the International Baccalaureate (IB) that aims to help students develop the skills and qualities they need to be successful in their future careers and personal lives. The PPS program focuses on five themes: personal development, intercultural understanding, effective communication, thinking processes and applied ethics. These skills are essential for success in any field, and the PPS program helps students develop them through a variety of activities and assignments, including group work, presentations, and reflective writing. By participating in the PPS program, students can gain a competitive edge in their future careers and be better prepared to take on leadership roles in their communities.
