​Who We Are

Sleepy Hollow Cluster Home Association is 92 homes, located in Brunswick Hills, Ohio. Properties in the Association include Castleton Lane, Keats Blvd, and 2166 Brittany Blvd., through 2284 Brittany Blvd. The Association has assessments, paid quarterly, with a minimum amount due each month.

 

The Sleepy Hollow Cluster Homes Association, Inc. (the "Association") has been formed for the following purposes: (1) to provide an organized forum which will serve the members of the Association as they shall direct; (2) to provide the association of landowners contemplated in the Declaration of Convenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Sleepy Hollow Cluster Homes Association, recorded in Volume 2000 OR, Pages 004649 of the Medina County Records (the "Declaration"); (3) to carry out the responsibilities of a homeowners' association as set forth in the Declaration; and (4) to own, operate, maintain, preserve and arrange the architectural control of the "Property" as provided in the Declaration exclusively for the benefit of its members.

 

Benefits include a Code of Regulations which defines the bylaws of the Association. One key purpose of the Code of Regulations is providing uniformity of the properties to help protect property value. When there are issues which affect the home owners, the Association is one venue to assist in resolution of the issues. Additional benefits include lawn care and snow plowing.

There is a separate association, The Woods of Windsor Pointe Homeowners Association which includes properties located on Shelton Lane, Auden Circle, Browning Blvd., Puritan Drive, and 2300 Brittany Blvd through 2347 Brittany Blvd. These properties are not part of the Sleepy Hollow Cluster Home Association that is described on this web site.
