Annual Home Owners Meeting
The next meeting will be scheduled for September 17, 2025. All Association members are encouraged to attend.
Additional information about that meeting will be mailed out shortly before the meeting to each Home Owner of record, with details about the Annual Meeting. Please contact the Trustees via e-mail if you require any additional meeting details.
If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, you are asked to complete a Proxy vote form, so that your representation in Association matters is expressed. It is very important that these Proxy's are signed and returned to us in a timely manner.
The Annual Meeting is for Association members only and guests invited by the Board of Trustees.

Reserve Fund Study
Specifics of the report are contained in the Reserve Fund Study prepared by Criterium-Ackerman Engineers. The Reserve Fund is fully funded through 2026.
A Reserve Fund Study was completed and report submitted on October 2, 2020.
The conclusion of the Reserve Analysis Study was the Association's reserve fund was fully funded and the annual contribution should be increased by 2.5% each year thereafter.
Due to the expense of this study, the next one will not be considered until the year 2026.
