The next meeting is scheduled for September 11, 2024. All Association members are encouraged to attend.  

Additional information about that meeting will be mailed (shortly before the meeting) to each Home Owner of record, with details about the Annual Meeting. Please contact the Trustees via e-mail if you require additional details.

If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, you are encouraged to complete a Proxy vote form, so that your representation in Association matters is expressed.

The Annual Meeting is for Association members and guests invited by the Board of Trustees.

Specifics of the report are contained in the Reserve Fund Study prepared by Criterium-Ackerman Engineers.

The Reserve Fund is fully funded through 2024.

A Reserve Fund Study was completed and report submitted on October 2, 2020.

The conclusion of the Reserve Analysis Study was the Association's reserve fund was fully funded and the annual contribution should be increased by 2.5% each year thereafter.
