Registration Packet

Please find below the packet of documents and information pertaining to the registration of your child/children in our Religious Education Program. (Scroll down to the bottom for the link to download the packet.)

• The first page is the cover letter, which includes general infomation about registration, the documents needed,
  and the costs associated with Religious Education classes for this year.

• The second page contains the "Instructions for Religious Education Registration" for the 2020-2021
  catechetical year. PLEASE READ THIS PAGE CAREFULLY, AND MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OUTLINED FOR SUBMITTING YOUR CHILD'S REGISTRATION. Please make sure all the documents that need to be submited are CLEAR AND LEGIBLE.

• The "Religious Education Class Information", page contains important information regarding the classes offered along with general sacramental information.

• The "Registration Form", needs to be filled out completely.

• The "Commitment Statement and Expectations Form", needs to be signed and submitted with the registration form. (one per family)

• The "Consent for Minor Participation Via Telecommuting (COVID-19)", needs to be signed and submitted with the registration form and the commitment statement and expectations form. (one per child)

• All general events (meetings, days closed, etc.) can be found on our "Calendar", tab. A copy of the Calendar for the Catechetical year will be emailed to the parents at the start of classes in September.

• Information about the Virtus Program, including the "Protecting God's Children - Teaching Touching Safety", Handbook can be found under the "Virtus-Protecting God's Children", tab.

ONE OF THE PARENTS MUST SIGN THE COMMITMENT STATEMENT AND EXPECTATIONS FORM AND
CONSENT FOR MINOR PARTICIPATION VIA TELECOMMUTING (COVID-19), ATTESTING TO THE PARENT'S
CONSENT AND COMMITMENT IN REGISTERING THEIR CHILD/CHILDREN IN THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
PROGRAM.

A PARENT MUST COMPLETE AND SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND PAYMENT FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE REGISTRATION PACKET.

The safety and well-being of our students and catechists are of utmost importance. We will offer three class options this catechetical year: In-Person, Hybrid, and online. Classes will begin in September. We will follow the guidance of the Archdioese of San Antonio with regards to resuming classes completely at the parish when it is deemed safe, along with the protocol that will be in place.
