These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gridly, a mobile puzzle app published on Google Play (com.gridlygames.app) by Shaunak Studios ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Gridly, you agree to these Terms.

Using Gridly

• Gridly is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

• You may play as a guest without an account or create an optional account for cloud sync.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or attempt to disrupt the app or its services

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access beyond normal gameplay

• Submit unlawful, offensive, or misleading content through feedback or custom puzzles

• Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Accounts and content

• Custom Word Hunt puzzles you create may be shared via invite links. Do not share words that are offensive or infringe others' rights.

• Cloud data (stats, settings) is tied to your account while it exists. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

• You may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Gridly, its branding, puzzles, code, and assets are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app or its content.

Disclaimers

Gridly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Puzzle availability, third-party image providers, and cloud sync may change or be unavailable at times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Gridly.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
