DAILY/WEEKLY OPTIONS

The National Desk produces full- and half-page Nation & World modules seven days a week.

In addition to this daily package, the desk shares out Nation & World extras each day along with a weekly half-page Week in Review module.

Additionally, we offer a regular schedule of weekly extras and modules.

Weekly Modules

A collection of 10 modules, covering a wide range of general-interest and lifestyle topics, are distributed twice weekly in five-module batches on a regular schedule. Editors receive an email Tuesdays and Thursdays with design previews and content summaries of each batch of releases. The schedule below outlines the release schedule and a description of the types of stories featured in these categories:

TUESDAYS

  • Autos: Vehicle reviews, car care, new model roundups, car-buying advice and more.

  • Books: Reading recommendations, recent releases and capsule reviews.

  • Careers: Tips for navigating office culture, how to ace an interview, etc.

  • Parenting: Practical advice for handling modern parenting challenges.

  • Living: Style, wellness, shopping, personal care, trends and more.

THURSDAYS

  • Nutrition: Healthy recipes, general nutrition guidance.

  • Pets: Advice for tackling pet-care problems and more.

  • Travel: Vacation suggestions including where to go, what to pack and how to travel safely.

  • Personal finance: How to make the most of your money.

  • Technology: New gadgets, tech tips, product reviews and roundups.

What to watch — TV Best Bets

Daily half-page TV roundup modules are available in four time zones.

AVAILABILITY

  • Wednesdays by noon Central: The upcoming Sunday What to Watch module is available for placement at this time.

  • Thursdays by noon Central: The remaining modules for the following week -- Monday through Saturday -- are available for placement at this time.

Lively

Lively is a 15-inch feature that encourages audience members to recharge their routine with fresh ideas in home and garden, entertaining, health and wellness, cooking/baking and other topics. Please note: This is not a full-page module.

AVAILABILITY

  • Lively is released Thursdays for intended use in weekend editions, but it can also run at any time.
