What is the investment?
£165 for the 8 week challenge, or £139 if you grab one of the 10 early bird spaces. After the challenge it is then £65pcm to stay as part of 'Stronger Coaching'.
Do I need to have a gym membership?
No! We have options for you to train at home, with or without equipment!
I really struggle to lose weight and have tried so many things, can you still help me?
Yes! Strong in 8 is perfect for you—as long as you're willing to give it a go. I specialize in helping women who struggle to lose weight, whether due to hormonal issues, years of dieting, or feeling stuck in a cycle of frustration.
Do you help me with nutrition?
For sure, this is a big part of the challenge. I won't be writing you a meal plan, because that won't help you. I'm here to improve your knowledge and help educate you around what to eat for your goals, by providing you with a calorie and protein target that is tailored to you and your goal. I will also share some of my fave recipes, as well you will have access to the support group full of lots of amazing women sharing their food ideas!
Can I still take part if I have social events and holidays during the 8 weeks?
Of course! I can help you navigate these stressful moments so you can stay on track without feeling like you’re starting over. Life is meant to be lived, you don’t have to put your goals on hold or avoid social events forever. There’s no such thing as a ‘perfect’ time to start, so why not start now, with the right support behind you?
I don't want to lose weight, but I do want to look more toned and feel more confident in the gym, can I still join?
Absolutely! Strong in 8 isn't just for women who want to drop body fat. I'm also here to help you build habits, create routine, improve your confidence in and out of the gym, as well as help with your knowledge around what your body needs, whatever your goal is.
Do I have to upload things to social media?
You don't have to! Although I love to be tagged in people's progress and seeing people getting involved with the challenges, you don't have to if you don't want to. But if you do, don't forget to use the hashtag - #Strongin8
