This will be built around your needs and lifestyle to reduce overwhelm and stress. You will have weekly check ins with myself to keep you on track and help you overcome any obstacles in your way.

In Person PT
1-1 in person PT sessions are limited and subject to availability - these are held in my private PT studio - StrongHer Studio, in Quedgeley, Gloucester.
Introducing: STRONGHER STUDIO
My brand new PT studio officially opened on 7th July 2025.
I created this space as a welcoming, private environment just for women. A place where you can train with confidence, free from the crowds and distractions of busy gyms. Here, you’ll get the personalised support you need to reach your goals, whether that’s fat loss, building strength, or simply taking time to focus on yourself.
Because this is a private studio, my Personal Training spaces are limited and in high demand. Most of the time, coaching availability runs on a waitlist, but once a spot opens, you’ll have the opportunity to join our supportive community and start your journey.
How does 1-1 coaching work?
Once you have applied, you will be onboarded and welcomed on to the app & group chat. We will have a call together to discuss in depth your goals, expectations and help to map out a plan of action together. I am keen on ensuring it fits to your lifestyle in order to sustain it long term. We will then create your personal progamme and nutritional targets.
You will have weekly check ins with me (Shannon), where you can upload everything to the app, and you will receive weekly feedback via Loom video to keep you on track. Check ins aren't just to say you're doing well, and they're even more important when you're struggling!
We will also have regular review calls.
What is the investment into 1-1 coaching?
1-1 coaching is £175-£250pcm.
Is there a commitment period?
There is no commitment, if you don't love it, I don't want to force you to stay! But I do always ask that you give yourself at least 3 months in order to see progress and begin to let the new habits settle into your routine.
