What is Nursing?

Nursing mainly is to take proper care of the patients who are affected by some disease. Florence Nightingale is known as the inventor of modern nursing who not only changed its directions but also made it a noble profession.
Mainly it is quite a suitable profession for girls and boys usually opt for this profession and excel in their career.Nurses help patients in their recovery process by taking care of their health.
What would be a better job than this serving of humanity through opting for the nursing profession? The Healthcare sector is always an emerging and demanding sector.
Whatever the condition of a country may be, there is always a need and demand for healthcare services.

Nursing has two important and major benefits. First of all it the service of dejected and helpless humanity. As a nurse, if you are doing your duty in any hospital, it means you are doing a noble deed also by serving humanity As a result, you get more respect and importance in your community.
Secondly, nursing promises a bright future. As the need of the nurses is increasing day by day in the healthcare sector, the pay and salary of the nurses are also being increased reasonably. Hospitals, no matter if they are private or under the government entity, are offering a reasonable amount of salary to the nurses with other allowances and benefits also.
Further, government hospitals also offer promotions for skilled and hardworking nurses after some years of experience. In this way, they not only get promoted but also receive a massive increase in their salary and allowances.
Many people think that nursing only is the profession for the female. Well, that is a whing concept in the minds of people. We would say that education is mandatory for every male and female irrespective of the study prograrms they opt for. Nursing is also equally important for the male. In the developed countries of the world ,there are male nurses also who are serving in the hospitals and helping the patients in their recovery process. Nursing itself is a noble profession and does not apply any limitation for anybody to serve humanity.

Director of Nursing
Nursing Superintendent
Teacher of Nursing
Nursing Service Administrators.
Military Nurse
Nursing Service overseas
Industrial Nurse
