Jody Peterson

Jody is a 2000 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and began working at Shafer & Shafer soon after in 2001. Jody is a notary and she specializes in administrative work including estates, payroll, and real estate.

Kara Schulte

Kara graduated from Waukon High School in 1993 and attended Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC). Kara is a notary and specializes in secretarial work.

Tax Specialists

Lee Venteicher

Lee attended Wartburg College and the University of Iowa. He now specializes in tax preparation, planning and research.

Beth Shafer

Beth graduated from the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Beth served in the Air Force as a C130 pilot and later as a pilot for United in the Boeing 737. Beth assists during tax season with income tax preparation.

Dave Davies

Dave taught math and coached cross country for many years in Waukon before "retiring". He now splits his time between taxes and sports data analysis.
