Mike Mulert joined Shafer & Shafer Law Office as an Associate Attorney in May, 2024.

Mike was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa.  He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Dubuque, and his J.D. from Drake University Law School.  While at Drake, Mike worked in the Legal Clinic and interned for Polk County District Associate Judge Lynn Poschner.

After a year of practicing law in Dubuque, Mike came to Shafer & Shafer due to his desire to work in the areas of Real Estate and Estate Planning.
