First of all, we are grateful to His Excellency, President Rodrigo R. Duterte, former DA Secretary, Mr. Emmanuel F. Piñol, and current DA Secretary, Dr. William D. Dar, for giving due recognition on the need and importance of ensuring the sustainable use and management of the country's soil resources for agricultural development and nation building.
