The role ensures the provision of resources and adherence to standards for effective governance and operations within the schools division office, schools, and learning centers. Key responsibilities include:
Managing communication systems and public relations to inform and engage stakeholders.
Building and sustaining partnerships to support basic education delivery.
Mobilizing and allocating resources for training, capacity-building, and research initiatives.
Providing technical support to schools in resource generation and project implementation.
Coordinating special programs, events, and SEF-related planning and budgeting.
Promoting collaboration among schools, learning centers, and workgroups.
Leading efforts in disaster preparedness, emergency education response, and climate change initiatives.
