PLANNING AND RESEARCH SECTION

 The Planning and Research Management Section supports the strategic direction of the Schools Division of Aurora by facilitating the development of the Division Education Development Plan (DEDP) and Work and Financial Plans (WFPs), while ensuring the alignment of all plans, including School Improvement Plans (SIP) and Annual Improvement Plans (AIP), with the Basic Education Development Plan (BEDP). It ensures the validation of education statistics to enable data-driven planning, provides technical assistance for policy evaluation, and leads research initiatives that generate outputs focused on innovation, education delivery, and policy development.
