We will see you on Sunday, September 27 for our next class!
This is a special program that helps children prepare for two of the most meaningful milestones in their Catholic journey: First Reconciliation and First Communion. Through interactive lessons, prayer experiences, and family support, children come to understand God’s great mercy and the beauty of forgiveness. They learn that reconciliation is not just about confessing sins but about experiencing God’s unconditional love and healing. As they prepare for First Communion, students explore the miracle of the Mass, the real presence of Jesus, and how receiving the Eucharist strengthens their relationship with Christ. Lessons emphasize reverence, gratitude, and the importance of making these sacraments a regular part of their lives. Families are deeply involved, supporting children at home and joining them in practice and prayer. This preparation class ensures that children enter these sacraments not just with knowledge, but with joyful hearts ready to encounter Christ in a deeper way.
Then he took the bread, said the blessing, broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is my body, which will be given for you; do this in memory of me."
