We will see you on Sunday, September 27 for our next class!
This new program is designed to help children, teens, and adults with disabilities prepare to receive the Sacraments in a welcoming, supportive, and individualized environment. Lessons are adapted to meet each participant’s unique learning, communication, sensory, and developmental needs while helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus and their understanding of the Catholic faith. Through hands-on activities, visual supports, prayer, Scripture, and meaningful repetition, participants learn about the Sacraments in ways that are accessible and engaging. Families are an important part of the preparation process and are given tools to continue faith formation at home. The program focuses not only on preparing participants to receive a Sacrament, but also on helping them know that they are valued, loved, and an important part of the Church community. By the end of the program, participants and their families are supported in celebrating the Sacraments with confidence, understanding, and joy.
But grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory now and to the day of eternity.
