Preparing for Labor Series

Labor is a phenomenal physical event, prepare your body with appropriately planned pilates strengthening. 

Work on maintaining strength during labor and birth with tailored pilates exercises that will help you build coping techniques to prepare you for the endurance needed during labor. 

Learn some of the different body position options during labor. Explore positions from standing all the way to squatting and learn how each position will facilitate your body during labor and birth.

Gain knowledge and confidence to make the right choices for your body when the time comes for your baby to come into the world.
