If you are unable to attend and/or need to cancel:
1. Please send your updated contact info to info@f117sfa.org even if you can't attend.
2. Please take a moment to locate just ONE photo of your time in the program. The SFA Board will be grateful and the results worth the audience's time. Email your photos by clicking here. Please submit all photos/videos prior to 1 March 2027.
3. To cancel an anniversary-related reservation, click here. Please see "Anniversary Registration" tab or check the notices below for cancellation policies and late and short-notice fees first.
4. To cancel a resort/hotel accommodation reservation, please call our accommodation manager, Janet Gagne, at 702-667-1748 or click here to email her. In order to receive an accommodation refund, resort reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance of your check-in date.

LATE AND SHORT-NOTICE REGISTRATION FEE REMINDER:
Meticulous arrangements have been made over the last two years to ensure a memorable and enjoyable event for anyone making the effort to attend. Our host venues require pre-final and final-number counts months-to-weeks in advance so late registrations strap the entire group with financial penalties and complex logistics. Therefore, late registration fees of $35.00 per person (in addition to all regular registration costs) make up for penalties we pay to our vendors for any changes made after the agreed-upon final-number count date. $35.00 per person late registration fees go into effect on 6 May 2027. Last-minute registrations will include a $50 per person charge (in addition to all regular registration costs). $50 last-minute per person registration fees go into effect on 20 May 2027. Please also note that Flamingo guest room availability and its discounted rates are also only guaranteed until 6 May 2027.

Allegiant Stadium tour cancellations made before 8 Apr 2027: 100% refund of tour fees.
Allegiant Stadium tour cancellations made between 8 Apr 2027 - 3 May 2027: 50% refund of tour fees.
Allegiant Stadium tour cancellations made on/after 4 May 2027: no refunds of any tour fees.
- The Sphere Experience fees are non refundable upon time/date of registration/purchase.
- Late registration fees are not refundable.
Last-minute registration fees are not refundable.
