COST REFERENCE LIST

This is a quick-reference list for the main event-related costs.  For details and/or to register for the Anniversary, the hotel or any optional/add-on activities, please click on the appropriate tab/tabs.

1. Event Registration.  Your price includes all items listed on the "Anniversary Agenda" tab under the “Included” column.  Please review the “Notes” column for important related details.  Optional/add-on activities listed on the "Optional/add-on Activities" tab are not included.  $365 per attendee.  Note:  "SFA Payment" will appear on your credit card statement if paying by credit card.

2. Flamingo accommodations (those in the room block) for one or two adults (in the same room) Sunday, 6 June 2027 - Monday, 14 June 2027 per night:  $59.00 + 8.4% tax and $20.00 resort fee.  

3. Flamingo accommodations (those in the room block) for three adults (in the same room) Sunday, 6 June 2027 - Monday, 14 June 2027 per night:  $89.00 + 8.4% tax and $20.00 resort fee.  

4. Flamingo accommodations (those in the room block) for four adults (in the same room) Sunday, 6 June 2027 - Monday, 14 June 2027 per night:  $119.00 + 8.4% tax and $20.00 resort fee.

Children 12 and under stay at The Flamingo for free when in an adult-accompanied room in an existing bed (rollaways are extra).

At hotel check in, all guests will be asked to post a valid credit card to cover incidentals, damage deposit, etc.  Your card will only be charged if applicable.
