HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
To make your hotel reservations for the 2027 45th Stealth Fighter Anniversary Tribute (this tab is for the hotel only; see "Anniversary Registration" for all other activities):
1. Have your dates ready.
2. Have your credit card available (AmEx, Visa, Discover, MC).
3. Have the group code ready: SFSFA7.
4. Decide between a room with one king bed or one with two queen beds. Upgraded rooms are available at additional costs. Note: we recommend you reserve the rooms included in the group block when you make your initial reservation. If you are interested in an upgrade, ask for availability at the Flamingo when you check in as upgrades will be substantially less expensive then.
5. Click on this link: Reserve A Room (you will leave this site and be redirected to an SFA-specific reservation page; if you are not automatically redirected, click on the "https://book.passkey.com/go/SFSFA7" option on the "Redirect Notice" page). You may also call 888-373-9855 but additional fees may be assessed over the phone. If you do call, reference the group code above in #3.
6. Prices shown on the link INCLUDE resort fees and taxes.
7. If you have any issues with your Flamingo reservation, please call Janet Gagne, 702-667-1748.
8. List/discuss any personal issues: non-smoking, high level, low level, proximity to elevators, proximity to other SFA guests, away from trash collection areas on the street, etc. We recommend you request rooms serviced by the Habitat or Main Lobby elevators.
9. Availability/discounted rate is guaranteed prior to 6 May 2027 only.
10. To participate in the Anniversary, you must also register for the event itself (click on the "Anniversary Registration" tab).
HOTEL ARRIVAL INFO:
1. Enter the property from either the east side (Uber, Lyft, Taxi, Bus, Self Parking/Parking Garage and Monorail entrance), or the south side (valet). These are the only two options.
2. Check in time is at 4:00 pm for all hotel guests so expect a long wait. If you want to check in before 4:00 pm, you can do so for a one-time $20 payment.
3. Check in at the Front Desk for Hotel Registration (across from Starbucks in the lobby). From the east side, head west down the interior shopping hall; it will be on your left. From the south side, head up one floor; it will be on the left.
4. Tell Hotel Registration you are with the Stealth Fighter Association event. Consider asking if there are any upgraded rooms available. Make note in which elevator tower your room is (there are three): Main, Habitat and Spa. Check to make sure you're getting into the correct elevator because they don't connect. The towers all have the same room categories and options. At hotel check in, all guests will be asked to post a valid credit card to cover incidentals, damage deposit, etc. Your card will only be charged if applicable.
5. After you check into the hotel, consider going to the Caesar's Rewards Desk. Show your military ID, DD214 or anything that proves you were in the military and get an upgraded complimentary Rewards account that will also give you free parking and some other perks (they will print you a physical "Platinum Card"). You can add your stay and any other participating transactions to your Caesar's account at the same desk.
6. After you check into the hotel, take your luggage to your room. Then head back to the Main/Casino level and look for the "Convention Center" dual escalators/elevator and look for SFA Volunteers who can direct you to the Convention Center level. Then follow the signs to Nighthawk Event Registration (at the Sunset Registration Booth). You'll receive your Welcome Packets (black folder), including a schedule of events and your lanyard/event ID(s). Note: This event ID is required for all SFA activities so have it with you at all times (security will ask you to go get your lanyard if you don't have it so save yourself the hassle). Nighthawk Event Registration hours are listed on the "Anniversary Agenda" tab.
7. Please browse through your Welcome Packet for details and answers to all of your questions when you arrive. Flamingo maps are included.
