NEW CREATORS, take a second to read this so that you do not make the same mistakes I did in the beginning. My Twitter accounts were permanently locked and slowed my growth as other creators will not retweet if they risk getting a banned.
Twitter is one place that is fairly NSFW friendly as long as you follow all of the rules to make sure you do not violate the terms of service as they will ban you quickly but as long as your profile stays inside of the rules it is a great place for promoting.
If you are going to post NSFW content or use NSFWTWT at all make sure you go to Settings>Privacy and safety>Your Tweets and check mark media you Tweet as having material that may be sensitive box which will limit your accounts likelihood of getting banned.
After you set your account to NSFW it would be a good idea to go into your Twitter menu > settings and privacy > Content you see which will give you the option "Display media that may contain sensitive content" so that you can see other creators profiles without repeatedly needing to click through all of the filters.
Once you have all of this done you are ready to start posting on Twitter which seems easy enough however there are a couple of things that will earn you a super-quick shadowbanned such as putting hashtags in your post or adding your link in the main post so make sure any links are always posted in the comment below your main post.
Almost no other creators will retweet a post that has what is known as blue text (@ symbols, hashtags, or links) with another thing being completely nude content which could put you or anyone tweeting your content at risk of being shadowbanned even with the NSFW filter mentioned above checked.
Be very cautious with NSFW banners and profile photo as Twitter is really cracking down on NSFW content being on either one of them which will immediately get your account locked.

The last piece of advice I have on posting would definitely be watching are you doing a retweet just to retweet it again as the AI algorithm will see it as spam which means your account is likely going in the trash can. Just be careful if you do any of these things as your account could quickly get shadowbanned which might not suck if you are just starting out but a lot of accounts have been shadowbanned at 200k+ followers which means a lot of hard work went down the drain.

Both of these are extremely helpful however if you are wanting people to see your pinned post or any of your media which would be retweeted by all other content creators in the group with you. Some of these people will require you to follow everyone in the group which goes for the other people as well so you can gain followers just from that and other groups will only require everyone to follow the moderators. Talk to the moderator before you ask to be added to these groups because they often have very strict rules so that there is not chaos within the group as the round groups move quickly and the retweet groups will have extremely different rules depending on who is the moderator. I am including some of the terminologies you will see if you're in a retweet or a round group so you have a little bit of a heads up which will help out the moderator as they are dealing with a lot of people plus they are taking care of their own Twitter account.
