I would say if you want something extremely safe at the moment the only way to avoid paying the crazy percentages of fees on content websites (usually around %20 of the income you make which is what Onlyfans charges) and taxes to your government would be Cashapp, PayPal, Crypto, or Venmo.
PayPal: PayPal does have its own drawbacks where you can create well over $1,000 worth of services for someone that will turn around and report you for doing content and PayPal will ban your account. This is pretty similar to Onlyfans deciding to protect the interests of their buyers by allowing chargebacks that will return every dollar to the buyer instead of having protections in place for two consenting parties to buy/sell content in 2022 instead of enabling scamming. In their TOS it says “You may not use the PayPal service for activities that… relate to transactions involving…. certain sexually oriented materials or services." If PayPal closes your account due to restricted activities violations and your account contains a balance at the time of closure, PayPal may hold the balance for 180 days. If there are any fines or liabilities associated with your account closure, PayPal will deduct those fees directly from any existing balance. If you are unable to recover your funds after 180 days, you may have to file a suit in small claims court to receive the remaining account balance which is a scam PayPal has used for years to close accounts and keep your hard-earned money. USE WITH CAUTION!
VENMO: I know Venmo is another payment service people have used just know it is owned by PayPal as well so it's very anti-sex work and it has a lot of issues where your privacy is not as secure as using something like cryptocurrency or Cashapp. I think the best example of that would be about three or four months ago one of the major newspapers in America found Joe Biden's personal Venmo by looking through other people's contacts because it uses your phone number to link you with other profiles. I know there are settings to turn stuff like that off but a lot of the young ladies and gentlemen I have come into contact with that are creating content doesn't have a huge technology background so most of this is almost like speaking another language when I'm trying to help them protect their profits/privacy. I have not heard of Venmo refunding anyone's money on their transactions but I have encountered a few separate people that have their accounts restricted or completely closed down after being reported for selling content which caused them to lose their full account balance. Venmo's TOS states, “You agree you will not use the Services to violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation relating to sales of… certain sexually oriented materials or services” USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Cashapp: I would definitely suggest if you are in the United States the best option out of these three payment platforms would by far be Cashapp as it gives the most privacy of the three and is far less restrictive on people doing sex work even though it's still 'technically' against the TOS which can get you banned. Cashapp's TOS states “… Will not accept payments in connection with… adult entertainment oriented products or services (in any medium, including internet, telephone or printed material)”. USE WITH CAUTION!
Amazon Wishlists: Nothing was found on Amazon's legal page, but customer service said, “All Amazon.com Wish Lists found to be used for purchasing items in exchange for legal sex work, camera modeling, Onlyfans, sugar babies, Fansly, or otherwise, are not allowed and will be removed.” Multiple violations of Amazon's TOS could result in the loss of your entire account, including gift cards still remaining on your balance. USE WITH CAUTION!
It is often the case with Amazon (mostly 3rd party products) that sellers will provide the buyer with your shipping address for verification. To guarantee that no buyer will ever see your personal information create a new Amazon account with no shipping information saved then accept Amazon gift cards and purchase the items yourself (send a screenshot as proof of purchase with all personal info and order numbers removed if needed).
Wepay: I've never used this one so I read the TOS that leads me to believe if you're using it the money in your account is %100 1 report away from being restricted as it reads, "…You will not accept payments or use the Service in connection with the following activities, items or services: Adult or adult-related services, including escort services, adult massage, or other adult-entertainment services or adult-related content, including performers or ‘cam girls’." USE WITH CAUTION!
USING CRYPTO
I will say crypto is a good way to get payments as well as make them however just know that the amount of crypto you are buying or selling is not easily traceable but the moment you sell it the government is able to tax it. I also want to point out I had a significant amount of Dogecoin around 1500 total that I bought for around $0.19 each on average and I sold for $0.30 each. I could have sold it for $0.75 per share however the price of Dogecoin went from $0.75 when I was going to bed to less than $0.19 per share by the time I woke up 4 hours later. So if someone pays you $0.75 in Dogecoin you could wake up to that same Dogecoin being worth less than what it was when the person gave it to you. I know I am never going to get this lucky which is why I got out of trading crypto but if you get 10 Dogecoin that was $1 each you could wake up 3 hours later to the price of Dogecoin being $10 each. I am only pointing this out so that you don't think cryptocurrencies are a god-sent will help you avoid taxes and keep you from being tracked by the government as almost every trading platform reports to the IRS. I know everyone's experience with cryptocurrencies will obviously be different just know that unless you take out what you are paid the price of your crypto could drastically go up or down in a matter of 30 minutes depending on what the stock market is doing. I will say I made a good amount of money Trading cryptocurrencies so there is an upside that a lot of money can be made just know it was literally like a full-time job as I pretty much lived online looking at the numbers and I could rarely sleep where the stock market can fluctuate at any time. I do not want to scare you away from using cryptocurrencies as a form of payment I just want everyone to have a fair chance at making money so I want you to know there are risks involved so as long as you are willing to take those risks cryptocurrencies are definitely a good way to make money quickly but you can also lose your ass just as fast. I think if you are wanting to get into Trading cryptocurrency or using it as a form of payment it would be wise to take a little time and familiarize yourself with Trading cryptocurrency even if you do not plan on trading it. I say this because that way you will understand how you make money off cryptocurrency as your cryptocurrency is only worth what the stock market says it is so if you get paid $20 in Dogecoin it may be worth $28 just 5 minutes later or it could be worth $8. I would check out several YouTube videos from trusted crypto Traders on how exactly cryptocurrencies work.
I want you to know there are also cryptocurrency mining fees that come along with buying and selling cryptocurrencies that may affect how much you get out of the actual crypto that you are given for the service you are providing depending on how and what crypto you are given. I will add again I am not an expert on cryptocurrency I just traded it when I was in the nursing home for a year as a side hustle to make quick cash and out of the $200 I invested I made around $2,000 in the two months I messed with it. I truly hope all of you make a killing as each one of you deserves it even though I know that is not always possible I will keep my fingers crossed for each of you. I will also do my best to keep an eye out for the best options as we all know Bitcoin has made people billionaires, Dogecoin brought a lot of profit for people that got into it early, there are cryptocurrencies that are used for helping fund worldwide cleanup projects for helping the environment, I do believe there is even a cryptocurrency made for people in the sex work industry that is supposed to have benefits for sex workers even though I am not sure if that currency ever got off the ground. I would definitely like to point out for a second time there are thousands of cryptocurrencies and multiple trading platforms so if this is something you want to get into making sure you take some time to do your research as you can make a lot of money as well as losing everything you put into it so due diligence is by far a must for cryptocurrencies.
Types of Crypto
There's A LOT so here's a few I've used before.
USDT: I found one that goes off of the value of United States currency so if someone pays you $5 in crypto it will likely still be worth $5 when you go to cash out. I just want you to know there could still be crypto-mining fees with this so even though the price will stay the same you are not going to get the full dollar when you start cashing out and the trading platform is still going to report this to your taxes so please keep all of this information in mind. I really like this cryptocurrency as it is stable enough Pornhub has begun to use it for payouts as you are getting the value that you are owed without stressing over what the stock market is doing. I was even messing around with it over the past couple of days so I could make sure it wasn't too good to be true and I actually really like it so if you want I can help you get it set up on your device? **USDT** is the name of the crypto and it is tied into Tron cryptocurrency which is a pretty stable coin that I myself like when I was trading crypto. I was looking at the number of countries that you can use this cryptocurrency and it is pretty much Universal worldwide which is really awesome if you are looking for a way to get paid without going through a bank or any of the online payment systems I mentioned above for privacy reasons. This is the safest option currently in case you're worried about the crypto market fluctuating when you aren't watching the stock price 24/7. REMEMBER ALL CRYPTO HAS RISKS!!!
Bitcoin: Nothing was found on their legal page, but when asked about using the site for adult services in an email: "Bitcoin allows you to accept payments directly without involving a third-party intermediary. If you click through to the Bitcoin.com website, there’s info there on how you can set up a wallet and get started. Bitcoin won't ban you from trading crypto for sex work-related services so you can rest assured knowing the number of Bitcoins you're paid will be there when you're ready to cash out but the price of each Bitcoin may have gone up or down. Use at the risk of price fluctuations!
Coinbase: I used Coinbase as my wallet when I was buying/selling crypto as it had the easiest user interface to get familiar with as things connect smoothly and Coinban's stance on sex workers is, "As long as your company is operating legally and compliant with all state and federal regulations, you can use Coinbase’s merchant's services." That tells me they don't support sex workers but love the money you're making them so it's use until you get reported then they ban you. Use at your own risk!
I was going through and looking into a way that you all can get paid without using Cashapp, Venmo, or PayPal as they are not available in the majority of the countries outside the United States or not sex worker-friendly. I have been trying out a stable coin cryptocurrency which has been pretty nice as you do not have to worry as much about how the stock market for cryptocurrencies are going in order to know what your cryptocurrency is actually worth where Bitcoins price fluctuations affect the entire market which can be quite a huge headache.
