LIBRARY SERVICES

Students can borrow and return book on any working day irrespective of their class. The timing of Lending section is 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The reading room is open from 8 a.m. till 6 p.m. During examination period , the reading room is open on Sundays and Bank holidays from 10 a.m. till 5 p.m.

CAS is provided in the form of new titles on display, list of new additions, display of newspaper cuttings.

The service is provided to teachers, students and researchers. The books, articles are provided as per their requirement.

A reference service is provided to the students and staff.

Subjectwise biblographies were prepared and sent it on the mail to the concerned teachers.

The Ex-students pursuing higher studies or appearing for competitive examinations can avail reading membership from library. The interested students can send a mail to the Librarian at shailendracollegelibrary@gmail.com with details like Name, Academic year in which they passed out and what are they currently pursuing.

Free internet access is provided to the students and staff in the library.
