Following is the schedule of Library Orientation for First Year  Students

LIBRARY NOTICE

Students are required to note that 

1.  The library cards will be distributed in the respective Classroom during fourth lecture (i.e. between 9.50 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.) as per following schedule :

2. Students of FY Aided and Self finance classes can borrow and return books from the Library on all working days from 24 JULY 2025 onwards. Timings for Issue - return of Books: 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

LIBRARY NOTICE

Students are required to note that 

1. Library reading room is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

2. Timing for Issue - Return of Books is 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Undergraduate Section) 9 a.m. to 5.45 p.m. (Postgraduate Section) E-Library timing : 9 am to 5 pm.

3. Students who have taken admission in TY classes are required to renew their Library cards from 23rd June 2025 till 30th June 2025. Issue and return of books for TY students will start from 1st July 2025. 

4. Students who have availed facility of Book Bank Scheme for Sem. II, IV & VI, M. Com. Sem. II and IV (A.Y. 2024-25) are required to return the book bank books. 

5. Students who have borrowed library books (A.Y. 2024-25) on their library cards are required to return it on due date.

BOOK BANK NOTICE

(FOR FY - BCOM, BA, BBI, BMS, BSC(IT) & BAF)

(FOR SEMESTER I)

Students who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format. Forms for Book Bank Schemes will be available in the Library from 18th July 2023 onwards. Last date for collection of form from the Library is 4th August 2023. Students will get books of FIRST TERM. Students have to collect Book Bank forms from the library between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Students have to submit book bank forms in the library. Last date to apply for Book Bank is 5th August 2023.

Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach: 

1. One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form)

2. Zerox copy of Latest mark sheet

3. Income – certificates of parents

4. Zerox copy of admission fees receipt

First list of beneficiary students and Schedule of Collection of Books will be displayed on the College / Library Notice board on 8th August 2023. Students belonging to SC, ST, NT, DT category can apply for Book Bank scheme – funded by University of Mumbai.
