ServiceFinder.mu is build on trust, fairness, and transparency.
This Refund Policy explains how we handle service complaints, and refunds.
Our Role
ServiceFinder.mu acts as a middleman and payment facilitator between service seekers and independent service providers.
We hold payments securely until the user confirms the service is delivered satisfactorily.
We are not the direct provider of services, but we ensure that both sides are treated fairly in case of any issue.
Refunds are not automatic and are assessed case by case, based on clearly defined completion and satisfaction criteria.
By booking through ServiceFinder.mu, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy.
Core Operating Model
ServiceFinder.mu operates a payment-hold system whereby:
Payments made by customers are temporarily held by ServiceFinder.mu.
Payments are released to the service provider only after the service is deemed satisfactory according to predefined completion criteria.
ServiceFinder.mu acts as an independent assessor, not as a guarantor of personal satisfaction.
This system exists to:
Reduce customer risk
Enforce provider accountability
Prevent unfair refund abuse
Definition of “Satisfactory Service”
“Satisfactory service” means:
The service or rental has reached its Service Completion Point (SCP), was delivered as agreed, and no valid complaint was received within the defined complaint window.
Satisfaction is objective, not emotional.
It does NOT include:

Guest reactions
Outcome of an event
Expectations not agreed in writing
Service Completion Points (SCP)
Once the SCP is reached, ServiceFinder.mu may release payment unless a valid complaint is lodged within the allowed timeframe.
