Maria de Almeida-Santos

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Aveiro, where I developed my interest in the molecular mechanisms underlying health and disease. Currently, I’m a second-year Master’s student in Molecular Biomedicine, completing my thesis under the supervision of Professors Marco Alves and Pedro Oliveira.
