Alice Pinto, MSc

Alice Pinto, Msc - Holds her degree in Biology from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto and a master’s degree in Environmental Health and Risk from the University of Aveiro. She is certified as a Clinical and Senior Clinical Embryologist by ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology) and is formally recognized as a Specialist in Embryology/Human Reproduction by the Professional Body for Biologists. 

She is currently Head of the IVF Laboratory and Quality Manager (ISO 9001) at Procriar, with extensive experience in clinical embryology, laboratory coordination, quality management implementation, and scientific communication. She is actively involved in the training of clinical embryologists and the supervision of master's theses and has participated in more than fifty national and international scientific events, contributing with numerous oral presentations, posters, and co-authored publications. A member of the Portuguese Society of Reproductive Medicine (SPMR), ESHRE, and the Professional Body for Biologists in Portugal, she has received several scientific awards throughout her career.
