Welcome to breastfeeding coaching! You've taken the right step by coming here. Most moms find that there is so much more to breastfeeding than they imagined (doesn't the baby just know what to do?!) and give up before their goal.
This is your space to find healing and joy as you step foot into your first breastfeeding journey, or perhaps start anew with a second (or third)! Let me show you how to get the results you want, while feeling in-control and happy to feed your little one!
Breastfeeding is a new skill. It is something to be learned for mom and baby. There are trials and errors, times of easy flow and times of total failure and fear. Combine that with the sleepless nights and loss of independence as you become a mom, and your willpower to continue when it gets challenging is easily sapped.
Good thing with coaching, it isn't about willpower. Its about setting yourself up so you have your plan. It's psychology and science, and self-care thrown in. When things get hard, you will know how to get yourself right into the mindset you need to succeed and not be sucked in! A good coach will work with you to help you identify thought patterns and actions which cause you to fail and provide plans to avoid these all together, or empower you to save you from yourself if you're stuck in them.
What is the difference between a Breastfeeding Coach and a Lactation Consultant?
We are both professionals that help you along your breast feeding journey and we work well together. We do different jobs. Lactation consultations have medical expertise to help with troubling physical complications as they occur. Sarah is a Certified Life Coach and Allowing Your Success Coach. She also specializes in BFAR (Breastfeeding After a Reduction) which means she can help you before you start breastfeeding, during to:
Move forward with the breastfeeding journey you desire.
Heal regrets, disappointments, or failures
Make shifts/ changes in your life by training your mind with NeuroLinguistic Programming
Clarify your goals
Identify obstacles holding you back
Come up with strategies to overcome each obstacle
Understand how BFAR impacts breastfeeding
Solutions & tools exclusive to BFAR
Counsel you on your mindset
Empower you to take charge and be in control of your emotions
Provide key insights that are difficult for the client to gain alone (which makes leaps and bounds on the journey!)

Booking your sessions while pregnant is the best way to plan for success.
Booking before having baby is preferable (but not a requirement). It allows us to use multiple tools to train and re-wire your brain in advance to have the motivation and knowledge needed for when it can be most challenging (right after baby is born).

Major Credit cards accepted. Payment is due 1 day before the session and will be e-mailed to you in an invoice.
