This form is only available to active-duty Seraph. This is an official document used for a variety of purposes including: taking statements, conducting investigations, writing citations, and recording the facts surrounding criminal matters.
This is a formal request to have a squad of Seraph act as security at your upcoming event. All questions must be answered thoroughly to be considered. The request form must be submitted no later than one week in advance of your event.
This form is available to all members of the general public to report crimes or items requiring the attention of the Seraph. The only requirement being that this must be submitted to the front desk at Seraph Headquarters in Divinity's Reach.
Applicants can expect a reply within 72 hours of their application. Applicants are asked to answer the following questions honestly and to the best of your ability. The quality of responses is a factor in determining eligibility.
