I visited Nudgee station on 19 November 2017.
Nudgee is located on the Shorncliffe Line and is served by all train services travelling from Shorncliffe to Roma Street with many continuing to Cleveland. Nudgee is located 13.9 km from Roma Street and the approximate travel time is 30 minutes.

Nudgee station opened in 1882 at the same time as the line. The line was duplicated in 1901 and on 18 September 1982, the line was electrified through the station from Bowen Hills to Shorncliffe.
Nudgee serves the homonymous suburb of Nudgee. It is believed to have derived from the indigenous word N’mugi or Na’dah meaning ‘home of wild ducks’.
Nudgee station has two platforms consisting of two side platforms. Platform 1 is used for inbound services and platform 2 is used for outbound services.
Nudgee station has only one station entrance from the carpark on Railway Street.
Nudgee station does have disability access however assistance is required due to the level crossing.
