My name is Erika Jácome and I am Sepulveda’s Pupil Services & Attendance Counselor & Social Worker. My role is to serve as a liaisons between the school and the home, by supporting students whose home or community life presents barriers which impede educational success.

Encouraging regular school  attendance is one of the most powerful ways you can prepare your child for success—both in school and in life. When you make school attendance apriority, you help your child get better grades, develop healthy life habits, avoiddangerous behavior and have a better chance of graduating from high school. During distance learning, student attendance/engagement could not be more important!
