Jayesh Shambhunath Vishwakarma M.Tech (Electronic Product Design) 2022-2024

Jayesh Vishwakarma is an Electronic Product Designer. He has completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Surat. For his Master's Thesis Project for M.Des(EPD), he worked on Printed Electronics, jointly with Dr. Ajeet Kumar (Dept. of Design). The research aimed to set the base to integrate circuits as an integral part of FDM 3D Printing

Vedika Basarkar (Kapatral) M.Tech (Electronic Product Design) 2022-2024

Vedika graduated as a computer science engineer and had 4 years of industry experience as a frontend developer before starting her master's program in EPD at IIT Guwahati. She worked on the design and development of a capacitive device to detect the quality of edible oil as her master's thesis. She jointly worked with Dr. Debayan dhar (Department of Design), and Dr. Siddharth Singha (School of Agro and Rural Technology).

Sheeba Kamboj 

Sheeba was a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) with NSD. She received her Bachelor's & Masters's degrees in Inorganic chemistry from Kurukshetra University, in 2016 & 2018 respectively. She has previously worked with IIT Jammu as JRF in the Chemistry Department. In particular, the focus of her work here was on the development of deep-sea sensors.

Hariom Thakur

Hariom Thakur was a Junior Research Fellow at NSD Group till December 2023. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Indraprastha University, Delhi. Before his tenure at IIT Guwahati, he gained valuable experience as an intern at C-DAC Bengaluru, where he contributed to Performance Evaluation and Optimization.

Mridul, M.Tech(VLSI) 

Mridul is a M.Tech (VLSI) student in the group. He has received the B.E. degree from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT Chennai) and then worked for a period of one year in ABB India Ltd. He is  currently working as Junior Executive (Electronics) in Airport Authority of India. His research interest lies in the design and simulation of interface circuits of Solid State Sensors. 

Pragnya, M.Tech(VLSI) 

Pragya is a student of M.Tech. in VLSI (Batch: 2022-2024), in EEE Department, IIT Guwahati. I have previous work experience in Wipro projects of Trade Promotion Management, Promax and Infotainment System, Panasonic Automotive. Her hobbies include learning different spoken languages (Different levels of fluency in English, Hindi, Bengali, Odia, Telugu, Japanese) and learning Hindustani Classical Music. Her current research interest lies in the development of underwater methane sensor.
