Work done in the first year-
Matlab based simulations for Validation of research idea for implementation of energy efficient Analog to Digital Converters for CMOS Image sensors were done and satisfactory results were obtained.
Circuit level simulations for Validation of research idea for implementation of energy efficient Analog to Digital Converters for OFDM waveforms using Cadence Virtuoso Tool.
Work done in first year-
Developed circuits with Rail to Rail outputs for 180nm and 28nm using Cadence Virtuoso Tool.
Modelling of Single Event Transient (SET)current due to radiation in space using MATLAB and Cadence Virtuoso Tool.
Prepared the Layouts of the proposed designs in UMC180nm and TSMC28nm technology nodes.
Developed an automatic Blood pressure monitoring system based on oscillometric method. The project included the extraction of waveform from a pressure sensor and apply analog signal conditioning to obtain the base waveform, on which digital signal processing was done to get the high and low pressure points.
Home automation solution by DTMF/Zigbee. Controlled the switching (ON/OFF) of devices by a mobile phone(using DTMF tones) and also build up a remote based on Zigbee for the same purpose.
Developing hardware solutions for extracting the sensors data from waste water reacting plants and providing acute measurements of parameters like temperature, pH, DO level. The data was saved both offline and online by sending it to cloud. It was developed in Department of Biotechnology, IIT Delhi.
Worked with a team for developing Vehicle Control Unit, On board computing units, battery management systems for Electric Vehicles.
Awarded the Prime Minister Research fellowship (2019) for doctoral studies.
