I am an Assistant Professor at Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal. I previously worked as a Research Associate at Department of Electronics System Engineering, IISc Bangalore on low power In-Memory computing and as a PMRF research scholar (thesis submitted) in the Department of Electronics and Electrical Communication, IIT Kharagpur on energy efficient Analog to Digital Converters.
My area of interest is Mixed Signal IC design and the nature of my work is multidisciplinary as it requires analog implementation of digital signal processing techniques. As a PhD scholar, I worked in developing power efficient ICs pertaining to specific applications like wireless communications, CMOS image sensors . My work therefore demands requirement of knowledge in multiple disciplines of Analog IC designing, Digital signal processing, Image processing and Wireless communication protocols. Apart from my topic, as a part of my training in PhD, I have also worked on Radiation tolerant logic gates which is a ISRO sponsored project under my supervisor and I plan to incorporate the same in my PhD thesis as well.
