Fellow citizens of Lincoln,

Two full Senate terms ago I opened my campaign website with the words "a choice not an echo." I am more than grateful that two times so far you have chosen me as your choice to represent you in the Senate. So far I have often stood alone against the echo to support popular policies when I know that they are for the worse. During this time I have continued to work for to create an America that is better for all Americans of all races, classes, and ethnicities. I have authored bill on many topics from budgets to gun legislation to the repeal of the patriot act all for the purpose of making your lives better. Once again I hope that you choose me to represent you in the Senate. I know that you haven't regretted it so far, and I know that you will not regret it this time.
