Flywheel

Mechanical battery, Constant power, Unattractive

A flywheel is like a mechanical battery so this would be a way to power the door lock
The flywheel would be placed in a wall and wires would connect through the wall and door to the locking mechanism
This would provide constant power but this idea is not adaptable and hard to install
