Naho Kawashima, Global Partnership Coordinator 

With a vision of sincere and inspirational leadership, Naho has professional experiences in the area of social inclusion and management of non-profit activities. Her motto “achieving dialogue in differences” is represented in the work of empowering entrepreneurial minds of individuals and facilitation of multi-sectorial partnerships in addressing various kinds of social issues. Naho holds MSc in Environmental Governance from University of Freiburg, Germany, and BA in International Liberal Studies from Waseda University, Japan. She is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach.

Yuko Motoki, Social Innovation Team Coordinator

Yuko coordinates a variety of resources and programmes for social start-ups/ organizations at ETIC which aims to develop and nurture entrepreneurially minded leaders who resolves social problems and create new value through their own intentions and actions. Previously she worked in P&G, NPO (Non-profit organization) for international cooperation in Japan, and Japanese IT firm in India. She holds B.A from International Christian University in Tokyo. 

Mariko Hidema, and Beyond Company Coordinator

Mariko coordinates a variety of programs with the vision of creating a society where everyone can open up their potential, make a living at it, and carve out their own lives through trial and error. In her work at ETIC., Mariko aims to create a safe space where individuals from various backgrounds, including the social sector, private companies, and the public sector, can mix, learn from each other’s perspectives, and push each other forward with their actions. She is also an entrepreneur herself, hosting a learning space for teachers who practice “student-centered learning.” She holds a MEd in educational leadership from Boston University, the United States and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Nagoya University.
