Why are we not having a female lecturer for the programme even though it is meant for female leaders?

ETIC. has worked with Jeremy Hunter over many years in providing our self-management sessions to more than 200 Japanese social sector leaders of all genders. To launch our programme at international scale for the first time, our continued partnership was indispensable.

Our female participants needs will be the first priority, and thus should participants have any concerns for the programme settings they are always welcome to consult with us. Simultaneously, it is of our wish to make the programme as inclusive as possible whereas not being "exclusive" of supporters who resonate with our cause.

By integrating every possible support in empowerment of our female leaders, we intend to create a greater movement to mainstream female perspectives and voices in a variety of socially constructed systems.

Why do participants from developing countries and developed countries pay the same amount of participation fee?

We consider it is important for us - entrepreneurs support organizations - to offer not only free training programmes, but also to encourage entrepreneurs to proactively invest in their personal growth.

Levels of socio-economic development of participating countries are very different, for example between Japan and Bangladesh. However, we consider all of the female social entrepreneurs and leaders are disproportionately underserved segment in all Asian countries.

To ensure fair and just participation of all female entrepreneurs regardless of the countries where they come from, different fee levels were set for participants depending on their organization/business's revenue sizes.
