Within the CASEL Framework, relationship skills refer to creating and sustaining supportive relationships and connections. These activities and resources could be used to bring relationship skill lessons to your students. According to Move This World, relationship skills include: resolving conflicts, actively listening, collaborating and team building, and effectively communicating.
Tip: Make a copy for each student. Have them circulate the room, finding a person for each box, and adding their name on a Jamboard sticky note. At the end, give students the chance to share their findings & discuss as a class.
Getting to know you activities are helpful for building peer-to-peer relationships. Students can discover more about their classmates and form connections. These activities are a great way to build a classroom community.

Working on a puzzle as a group is a great way to take a brain break and encourage collaboration. Google Arts & Culture has a Puzzle Party activity that students can complete together. Launch a puzzle of a piece of artwork, share the link on Google Classroom or in Google Meet chat and have students work together to accomplish the puzzle. It's a great way to build collaboration and teamwork, even in a virtual space!
Making connections with students around the world is a way for students to work on their relationships skills, while learning more about the lives of others. A Google Doc journal shared between the partnered students (and owned by the two teachers) allows for students to connect. Students can correspond throughout the year, asking each other questions and learning from each other. At the end of the year, students can have a shared Google Meet session as a group to meet their partner class.
