This application plots various types of ERA5 reanalysis data that are useful for retrospectively analyzing various significant weather events WORLDWIDE, such as severe weather, tropical cyclones, flooding events, blizzards, and more! This is the best worldwide reanalysis dataset IMO, although NARR and MERRA may be better for US coverage post 1979 (the beginning of the satellite era). ECMWF servers are rarely consistent, so don't expect plots to come fast all the time. This dataset is WORLDWIDE.Â
