If you (or students) are having a problem logging into Canvas, try these steps:

• Start out by opening Chrome

• Be sure you're logging into the correct website: ccsdschools.instructure.com

      • Also available in 'the waffle'

• Login with your CCSD gmail account

Chat with Canvas (Kendra's favorite option)- Only For Adults

Login to your Canvas Account, Click help (on left, bottom option), choose chat, start chat, complete info and click start chat) see animated gif on right.

Call Canvas (for Adults & Students)

Login to your Canvas Account, Click help (on left, bottom option), see number for Canvas Support Hotline (Faculty has a number, Students have a number) - image below.
