Q: Do you accept walk-ins? A: No, we are mobile Only business & book by appointment only.
Q: Are results included? A: Only collection and delivery unless contracted with lab.
Q: Do I need to bring anything? A: Valid Government ID or Job badge
Q: Are results included? A: No. As a DOT-compliant collector, we are not authorized to release results. After collection, your specimen is sent to a certified lab and reviewed by a Medical Review Officer (MRO). Only the employer or authorized contact will receive the final result. This process ensures privacy and compliance with federal regulations.
Q: What payment methods do we accept? A: Cash (upon request), Debit/Credit Cards, Cash App, and Stripe
Q: Can we come to your home for a testing? A: In-home testing is available by appointment only between 8am - 4pm. After-hours and emergency home visits are not available.
Note - All residential services require a background verification prior of a in-home testing (Per request- in-home testing after an extensive background check: hours are 10am -3pm Mon-Fri Only).
Q: Do we charge for travel? A: Yes. Appointments outside Charlotte County FL, include a travel fee. A Lyft/Uber surcharge (+$35) applies when ride-share services are required.
Q: What types of drug test do we offer? A: DOT 5-Panel Drug Test; NON-DOT 5-Panel Urine testing; Specimen-Only Collection. (Coming Soon: Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT) & Screening Test Technician (STT)
Q: Do we offer ink fingerprinting? A: Yes. We offer FD-258 ink card fingerprinting by appointment Only
Q: Will my information be considered confidential? A: Yes. All services are performed professional and confidentially.
Q: Do we have a cancellation fee & penalty policy? A: No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling. Note: (20 minutes after your appointment/booked appointment time is considered a "no show" fee is non-refundable)
Q: Do we accept checks? A: No, we do not accept checks
Q: Can I book Emergency After-Hours Testing at my home or any location?
A: No. After-hours testing (5 PM–10 PM) is only available by agreement and must be conducted at job sites or safe public 24-hour locations (gas stations, restaurants). Homes are not eligible. Fee: $235. You must also provide security/gate access info if your location is gated (e.g., warehouse, hospital, airport, etc.).
