📍 Service available at job sites or public 24-hour businesses only (no homes)
✅ Must provide:
Job location & contact info
Gate codes or airport/warehouse parking details (if needed)
Notify on-site security ahead of technician arrival
⏰ 20+ mins late or unresponsive = No Show (no refund)

Emergency After-Hours Testing Policy (5 PM – 10 PM):
Testing after 5 PM is available only with prior agreement between client and lab owner.
💲 Total: $235 (includes DOT Testing and Emergency Fee).
Testing is conducted at job sites or public 24-hour locations only — not available at personal homes.
Client must provide accurate parking instructions, gate codes, and notify on-site security in advance (if applicable).
Failure to answer calls/texts or be present after 20 minutes results in No Show status and no refund.
