At Secure Pathway Solutions, we operate by appointment only. To ensure professionalism, respect for your time and ours, and to cover travel costs, the following policies apply:

If a client is not present or prepared within 20 minutes of the scheduled appointment, it will be considered a No-Show.
No refunds will be issued for No-Shows.
